Shipping & Delivery Cost/Timeframe

We deliver products across Australia using a variety of couriers including Australia Post eParcel. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the product and the delivery address-- exact shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart and added to your order total before checkout.

Delivery of in-stock items is estimated at 3-7 business days from the date shipped, depending on delivery location.

Shipping and delivery costs for larger items like cots and furniture are individually quoted because of their unique size, weight and handling requirements. If you have any remaining questions, please email [email protected] before ordering.

Delivery Procedure

Our orders are delivered by Local and independent courier companies selected because they provide high-quality, efficient, economical service. Your order will have a consignment note accompanying it, and your signature on the consignment note is required on delivery. Be sure to carefully read the consignment note and sign only if your shipment has not been damaged in transit in any way and if the quantity of cartons delivered matches the quantity shipped—signing the note without any additional notation accepts the delivery as correct and in perfect condition.

If there are any issues with your shipment, please raise a return request alerting us of a damaged item, go to the Returns page. Raise the return request as soon as possible outlining the problem(s) with your shipment.

Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, but most deliveries occur between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Someone must be present to accept delivery, so you need to have your order delivered to an address where someone is present during the day (if you are not home during the day, use your work address or a neighbor’s address).

If no one is present to accept delivery of your shipment, the delivery driver will leave a delivery card in your mail box or under you door, noting that they have attempted to deliver your shipment. The delivery card will have all the contact details for the delivery company and you will need to contact the courier company to arrange a suitable time for a second delivery to the same address within 48 hours.

If your items are delivered by Australia Post eParcel, you may need to pick up your shipment from your local post office.

Incorrect Shipments

If we inadvertently ship the wrong product, we will replace the item we sent with the correct item as soon as the wrong item has been returned, and we will cover the cost of return shipping of the incorrect item and the cost to ship a replacement.

Return the item(s) by creating a return request, follow the Returns page for return instructions. You need to contact Babysteals within 48 hours of receiving an incorrect item. We will communicate with you via the return request and will provide you with return/replacement instructions. We will send you a new shipment notification with your new tracking number when your replacement has been shipped.

Lost Shipments

You will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking information when your order ships. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the date it shipped, please create a support ticket by following the Returns page. Ensure you include your order number and any other relevant information in the request.  We will initiate an official consignment note trace with the courier handling your shipment.

If your shipment cannot be located within 15 business days from the date shipped, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you to the same address as your original order. We will send you a new shipment notification with your new tracking number when your replacement has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments

Our courier companies do their best to ensure all orders are delivered in good condition. If your order is damaged in transit, return the item by following the Returns page within 48 hours of receipt and we will reply with return/replacement instructions. We cover the cost of return shipments of items damaged in transit, and will ship a replacement to the same address as your original order as soon as the damaged shipment has been returned. You will receive a shipment notification with your new tracking number when your replacement has been shipped.
